Every builder has been there: work starts on a renovation, and halfway through, something doesn’t line up. A wall isn’t where the plans say it is. A ceiling height is out by 40mm. A structural beam turns out to be somewhere the drawings never mentioned. Suddenly you’re reworking a schedule, re-cutting materials, and explaining a delay to a client.

Most of these problems trace back to one thing: the existing drawings didn’t reflect what was actually on site.
